My name is Doug Brown (as you probably could have guessed…) and I am currently a 22 year old graduate student at the Kent State School of Journalism & Mass Communication with a focus on convergence media, expecting to graduate in May 2012. I’m originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, and graduated from Hiram College (Hiram, Ohio) in May 2010, where I majored in political science and served as the editor-in-chief of the Hiram College Advance. I’ve held four internships after each year of college including the Michigan Governor’s office, Crain’s Detroit Business, Outside Bozeman magazine, and the Cleveland Council on World Affairs.

Please feel free to look around my site. If you want to know more about me, you will find my resume and more personal information under the “About Me” tab. Under the “Samples” tab, you will find examples of my articles, videos, print newspaper designs, and photographs. If you want to get in touch with me, you can find my information under the “Contact” tab. If you don’t, that’s ok too.
